At Finefair Consultancy we take our legal obligations in the supply and management of property seriously, but as a result of our extensive experience we know that an excellent property management service needs to go further than what the law requires.
Our membership of the London Landlords’ Accreditation Scheme is evidence of our ability to demonstrate best practice across the services we deliver. We also have proven ability to go beyond our contractual arrangements with clients. At Finefair Consultancy we have taken on board the changes in legislation and policies governing rented property standards over the last few years. Our trained staff are able to ensure that all homes offered to clients meet Decent Homes and Housing Health and Safety Rating System requirements; that HMOs are licensed where appropriate and that relevant Planning and Building Regulation Certificates are in place.
For us, property management relates to both bricks and mortar and how the residents are occupying the property. We want to deal with any concerns as swiftly as possible and so we work to build good relationships with residents, giving them as much helpful information as possible as they take up residency and ensuring that we can be contacted whenever they need us through our 24-hour response service.
Our Quality Management system, which is accredited to ISO 9001, helps us to deliver excellent services and to monitor how these have been achieved. We are happy to provide this information to clients and to adapt our regular reviews to meet clients’ performance targets and standards where necessary. Our property files are extensive, and include gas and electricity records, along with all details of inventories, furniture records, repairs and maintenance and occupancy details. We also have a detailed management service, records management and quality management system which acts as a complement to our clients' organisational services. |
